Bio
Jacob grew up in Mountain View, CA. From a young age, he had an interest in aviation, driven by his hobby of building and flying remote controlled planes and helicopters. He completed his undergraduate work in physics at Occidental College, where he developed an interest in computational fluid mechanics through undergraduate research. Jacob works in Dr. Camli Badrya’s Davis Applied Aerodynamics Lab, combining his interests in CFD and aviation to study aircraft aerodynamics. In his free time, he enjoys flying his RC planes/helicopters, hiking and weightlifting.
